What this site publishes
This site is a directory of professionals who are looking for new roles. For each listed person it may show: their name, a professional headline, area(s) of work, location, work preference, a short self-description, skills, availability, a photo, and the contact links they chose to provide (LinkedIn, email, CV). Every listed person supplied this information themselves and consented to its publication.
Legal basis and purpose
Publication of each profile rests on that person's consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR). The purpose is to help these professionals connect with potential employers and hiring contacts in the fintech and payments industry. Consent can be withdrawn at any time (see below).
Visitors and hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., acting as processor). When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical connection data such as your IP address, browser type, and the time of access, as required to deliver and secure the site (legitimate interest, Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). This may involve processing on infrastructure outside the EU, safeguarded by EU standard contractual clauses.
This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or cross-site tracking.
Who can see the profiles
The directory is publicly accessible to anyone who has the link. Profiles are kept online only while a person's job search is ongoing; once it concludes, or once consent is withdrawn, the profile is removed.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your data (Art. 15) and to rectification (Art. 16);
- erasure (Art. 17) and restriction of processing (Art. 18);
- data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21);
- withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7 (3)), without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
